ABOUT US

The Newfoundland Cider Company (Est. 2016) is the province's first craft cidery. Nestled in the coastal town of George's Brook - Milton.

Since 2016 they've been foraging local wild apples to craft ciders that are a true taste of the local terrior. Producing small-batch craft cider using only natural fermentation, traditional methods, keeving and barrel aging.

Forager is one of our most distinctive ciders—made with locally foraged Newfoundland apples and aged for 12 months in oak bourbon barrels before being lightly carbonated.

The result is a perfectly dry, complex cider with notes of baked apple, vanilla, oak and a subtle whisky character. It’s a cider made for slowing down and savouring.
